I have significant experience with wrongful termination and other employment matters, including disability, sexual harassment, gender and other discrimination claims, retaliatory discharge claims, and matters involving violations of the Massachusetts Fair Employment Practices Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Massachusetts Workers Compensation Law and the Massachusetts Wages Act.

I also represent individuals and business owners defending and enforcing claims for breach of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements.

I handle many wrongful termination matters on a contingency fee basis, which means that I do not collect a fee for legal services until and unless the client receives a monetary settlement or judgment.
